The recent discussions on the Social Media Metrics Plugin... led me to different direction sorry. Being a designer certain things catches your attention. Well there was this feedback link at the bottom right corner of the plugin page.... which standed out arousing curiosity. Its been some time i have been giving thinking of creating similar call out buttons. This one turned out to be different from others... it was generated using a site called . Basically the feedback button postions on the top right hand corner. Clicking on it, brings a pop up where the user can provide feedback varying from content, bugs, compliments etc... The categorization of feedback and how it functions visually is commendable. This feedback when submitted gets converted into analytics data... a brief look also found that, the same can be integarted into google analytics. Is this useful? can we use something similar for an alltogether different purpose. That i leave it up to you. and heres a link to a review i found on google
