GAIQ Training

I'm starting this thread so we can discuss topics from the GAIQ videos. I'm still keen to have sessions on items that need to be covered so let post here to determine what would be most useful to discuss.
If its a small clarification then we can cover it in this thread.. if multiple people are having issues with a topic then I'll so a session on it.
(Dont worry - there will definitely be a session on Regular Expressions... you'll understand why when you get to this video.)
