Interesting... I just wonder about the ability to import PPC cost data.

Screen shots look really intuitive. I just wonder if it measures up to Google Analytics and whether it is practical for use.

Might be worth investigating!

I looked at this, thinking I was looking at a framework for developers to use to build custom applications for reporting analytics data pulled from Google, Yahoo, Webtrends et al. Had no idea it was an actual analytics tool itself. Meant to compete with Webtrends (expensive), AWStats(brutal to install and maintain, very heavy) I'm sure, and not with Google. Nobody tries to compete with Google right?

It actually looks to have some features GA does not. e.g. click stream analysis. We would need to evaluate in detail to understand the full pro's and cons especially with source reporting. IMO GA has an upper hand with the automatic Adwords data importing.

When we're assessing analytics tools the importing of PPC cost data (from as many sources as possible)is really high on the list of priorities. Our customers want to know keyword ROI whether they use adwords, yahoo or bing campaigns.

Hers a bit of info on the placement of the various analytics offerings. The 2009 Forrester comparison will be very interesting!

This really does look intersting... i will have to configure and test this out. i dont kow how it will compare against However the Click Map Report ( is it something offers, Entry/Exit Pages look intruiging. Way to go open source.... I am sure we are going to see more analytic goodies coming soon...

This looks like the beginnings of a great blog Jon.

"Google Analytics - Who does what and why to choose Who?"

Fantastic info in here... especially loved the graph.
