Google Analytics had introduced the motion charts last year, which provides a multi-dimensional, over-time analysis of data in the report.
The report helps you watch 5 dimensions, the x-axis, y-axis, size of the bubble, colour of the bubble and time. In fact, if you choose metrics that are combinations of more than one metric, such as conversion rates (number of conversions divided by number of visits) bounce rate (number of bounces divided by number of visits), and Pages/Visit (number of pages divided by number of visits), you can even increase the number of dimensions to eight.
Read to learn more about it.

Great article Priya!

I urge anyone who hasnt seen a motion chart to take a look.

It really highlights a change in a data set (a ball representing what you are looking will make a sudden jump across the screen). Then you can drill into the data and examine what caused it.

It really helps you quickly understand what is or isnt working with a site or campaign.
