Adobe acquires Omniture for 1.8 Billion

I couldn't believe i missed out on this.. Last SEP 15th adobe has finalized it's plan and is set to acquire Omniture one of the leading commercial Web Analytics tool for 1.8 billion. Lets see if this brings out any difference or next level reporting via adobes diversified product advantages especially flex and flash.
