Google Adwords mistake exposes new Macbooks

Always a big fear of mine.

However most campaigns we create that await a live page are left in the AdWords Editor and are only uploaded (in Paused mode) once the page is live and can be added to the destination URL field.

And keeping it in Pause mode from the start means that we keep the campaign from showing even if it is somehow uploaded without the live page.
