Google confirms that Penguin 4.0 is live!!

2 years after last confirmed penguin update penguin 3.0, google began rolling out penguin 4.0, the real time penguin algorithm. They have also assured that there won't be any confirmations on penguin updates in the future. The real time penguin algorithm will be faster in reflecting the changes by the webmaster unlike before, when the algorithm needed to be refreshed.
