That is nice share, this is another topic people started to talk about when the Google penalties are being introduced and it is correct and puts many people out of market (those who used lots of similar anchor text). But, even there were websites which were unnoticed, and all were cleaned up with last algorithm major changes. At the moment, it is highly recommended not to use the anchor texts more often, but still it has to be practiced on the other hand the percentage of such links should be reduced to minimal as possible.
