Some of our colleagues asked us ' why you're doing meta tagging as search engines are not giving any preference to it? I don't know how they've taken such notions. Google is giving higher priority to index websites when it is search engine friendly and highly optimized with SEO. By SEOing a site means we're grooming it for smoothe crawling. Googlebot likes website which do all the job for them. Googlebot will quickly examines and index the website. This save googlebot a lot of times and websites get indexed faster and will rank high in the search engine rankings. Basically, if we make Googlebot’s life easier, in return they will also make our life easier too.
