Link Buying?

LInk buying is where you purchase a link on another web site that links to yours.
Google can detect purchased links and then downgrade the weight of those links.
So, it's recommended not to purchase links purely for PR reasons.
But if the site is getting good traffic, the purchased link may be worthwhile in terms of getting actual real person clicks
