hi,

Just read something that seemed a little significant while we trying for link juice from DIGG... An released in September says Digg stopped following the external links published in stories, profiles, comments etc which are lower than a threshold of popularity...

And about the threshold value.. :?:

Yes Digg wants to cut down on all their junk. They want to give qualitative and informative articles an advantage over others. They want to follow only those above a threshhold of popularity. But having a link on Digg is worth it as it gets very visible.

Now Digg feels the same way what Wikipedia felt 3 years back. It's their high time to implement no-follow for external links. Digg users will be benifited by getting less spam.
