SEO CHECKLIST

• Determine the best keyword phrases for your site (Use KeywordDiscovery or WordTracker Tool)
• Create content rich pages
• Optimize each page for it’s best keyword phrases
1. Include keywords in the <TITLE>of each page. This is a must.
2. Include keywords in the <H1> headings for each page
3. Include keywords in the first paragraph of each page
4. Include keywords in the text of links. Never use “Click Here”

• Link to each page from your sitemap page, from each page back to your home page
(pages in the folder not directly link to the home page)
• Submit your site to search directories
• Setup and maintain a link – building & exchange campaign
• Regularly monitor your progress and modify your efforts

1. Check to see that all new pages are indexed in Google.
2. Check your site’s ranking on your chosen keywords once a month
3. Regularly check your incoming links as part of your link campaign
