Hey Guys,

Congratulations to team Matrix for completing and launching the new IVR Technologies site.

The difference between the old site verses the new one is absolutely amazing. The site is easy to navigate, the content is laid out well, and the creative is amazing!

First of all I would like to congratulate Team Matrix for the great work done in http://www.ivr.com. Site looks great and dynamic functionality has been placed well.

As of my position, always I am in search of finding issues to ensure that there is no issue/bugs. Unfortunately I am very sorry to say that we people failed in case of ivr.com to ensure the quality in functionality also. (refer the above post of Mr. Jay)

Critical issues that i have noted are
1. We already corrected the confirmation page's domain URL issue as per Drisya's QA review report. But still it was there after made it LIVE.
2. Press Release Listing based on Drop down Year Selection. - It was correct earlier but some how it is changed when it comes to LIVE.
3. Products menu highlighting on selection of sub menu items.

Reasons
1. No QA task is assigned to any body after getting the site LIVE.
2. No proper review is done after SEO work
3. Design lead is not at all taken care of even menu highlighting.
4. Programmer lead failed to ensure that critical the functionalities are working properly.
5. PM & Leads still saying some where some thing happened like overwriting. Still failing to catch the issues.
6. QA failed to ensure that all the standards are followed properly.

This things need to be taken care seriously to avoid happening it again in the future.
