Hello,
We have just started to customize YouTube channel, we edited the theme and color. but how can we change the themes as in , or ?

At the moment you cannot put any code into your Youtube channel background. However if you are a Youtube partner (by invitation only) you can place a banner with links in it and a few boxes into the channel itself. You still cannot put clickable links on a Youtube channel background. People have their website address on the background image but you cannot click on it. Source
In short unless you become a youtube partner you can't get access to advanced theming options.

Prashant has said it all !! YouTube offers only normal background and color settings for regular users but by being a youtube Partner can get you cool flashy, advanced customization features like visagofans and ipl. Being a partner is also not so easy we need to have a minimum of atleast 300+ subscribers and more than 1,00,000 views, Its tough but possible
