Reliable sources all over are buzzing around saying that Mark Zuckerberg, the Facebook CEO is talking with Skype about a takeover or formation of a joint venture. Some sources are saying that Facebook will be . Other said that IPO of Skype, which has been delayed recently by the new CEO till 2011 second half is expected to raise about a billion dollars.
