Cool post! re: # 7 NSFW Tweets -- it's definitely advisable to err of the side of caution when it comes to posting updates. Me general rule of thumb is "if it's not something you say to you mother, then don't tweet it." I always try to remember that if something can be read two different ways, it probably will be. The challenge is to provide clarity when you only have 140 characters.
I also found # 8 re: tone quite interesting. It's important that brands find their tone online and stick to it. Sometimes it's useful to think of your brand as a person and assign attributes i.e. TechWyse is 28, university graduate, gadget loving, drives a sportscar, intelligent and always on the cutting edge type of person/brand.
