Great read Daisy, thanks for sharing.

From the existing 16 creative ways I just got the new and fresh idea that is "Create a Twitter landing page". This will be work if you are looking goals through Twitter and be careful to make twitter description catching one and force to user click on our Twitter Landing Page.
