I don't think this is discussed enough. YouTube is the 2nd largest search engine and gets more searches than all the other search engines (other than Google) combined. Pretty huge demographic! Mind you that this is not pull advertising like search engines so the conversion rates are obviously much lower.
I liked how this infographic illustrates the 4 ranking factors, page views, page title, description and likes / dislikes. Thanks for posting!
