Report: Vodafone dumping Google for Yahoo

Huge news in the European search market, as Network World is reporting that Vodaphone is about to on it's European mobile network.

The deal is not complete, and Vodaphone's contract with Google is not yet expired.

This comes after Google also lost out to Micrsoft for the rights to be the mobile search provider for US based carrier Verizon.

Remember that this is default search, and does not mean subscribers can not use the other search engines on their mobile browsers.
