MSN can walk away "if (the search engine) fails to meet certain market share and revenue targets", and "if the share of search queries falls below a certain percentage of the market".
Interesting, though not unexpected. One would hope the targets are within reason, given the dominance of Google over the years and the expectation that eating in to that share will take time.
