Well, the is now official.
Interesting - and relieving - to me is the fact that they appear to be using the AdCenter technology instead of the YSM technology. There's really been a lack of upgrades or even cosmetic changes to the YSM system for the past year or more, while MSN has introduced their to challenge the as well as changes to the online interface over the past few months, even if some have just been cosmetic.

MSN can walk away "if (the search engine) fails to meet certain market share and revenue targets", and "if the share of search queries falls below a certain percentage of the market".
Interesting, though not unexpected. One would hope the targets are within reason, given the dominance of Google over the years and the expectation that eating in to that share will take time.
