Already testing with one client, but results have been a bit low. I think the one factor working against this client is a lack of an 800 number. Something like that can affect whether or not a person calls on a psychological level.

Interesting. I don't usually even think about the 800 number. I love the convenience of being on my mobile, googling something and calling it. But I could see that for larger companies maybe, but then again in the states we have unlimited calling plans.
