Interesting.
Yes, a lot of focus is on social media marketing since most internet users spend their time there. The organic search results of Google have become a crowded place for even the smallest of niches, in my opinion. Yet, in an age of social media driving traffic, it's not going to be easy for sites and brands who are not very "shareable" on Facebook (e.g. sites and brands that are embarrassing to admit you like, use or are a part of).
