Very strategic initiative from yahoo indeed! Hope this helps them to tap the target markets. But being a non-Hispanic with less than elementary knowledge in spanish tongue I was all at sea .

Not sure about recently, but Yahoo has had a large presence in Latin countries and in countries not named "United States of America" over the years.
