Problems keep piling up for , the not-so-cool search engine. As the latest, they've been by observant beings. Comment spamming is not something that anyone with dignity would resort to but Cuil faces the ignominy of involvement in the act. The company defends and distances itself in the latest but one wonders how good a damage control exercise it is. Really Cuil is having such a nightmarish time.

Well it might sound strange but and that too by BusinesWeek!!!! Sure they promised much at launch with all the hype and hoopla. But it proved to be a case of promised much and delivered little. Maybe Cuil will take this as a consolation but it has lot to weep over with the woeful time they had after launch.

$33.25 million of venture capital for Cuil?
Wow. Just...wow.
Who felt confident enough in Cuil to invest that much money in them? It boggles the mind.
But as the report says, BW 'claims' they made the list because of this number. Oh, and the one word at the bottom-'innovation'.
We need to innovate like them. We'd all own our own private islands in no time.

I think the concept is interesting but there is nothing that makes the usability of Cuil any better or that separates itself from search engines like Google, YAHOO and MSN.
This will eventually fall into obscurity... if it hasnt already!
