Now THIS is what I call a link I want to click (see image below). In fact, I did and it goes right to their contact page. How enticing the words in your button or link text is can have dramatic effects on click-through rates. I'll never forget the time I was on a website and their customer complaint section had a button that said, "Give us sh_t!"
