Good information Rifa ! It's time to offer more alternatives than just 'yes' or 'no' in terms of conversions.
A good sales shop is where :-
1. products are displayed in order and categorized. (website navigation)
2. Sales person should be able to guide us and help to find the right product and motivate us to buy (search and testimonials)
3. Discounts / offers - Now we see supermarkets have separate area where discount products are offered. This will lead to more sales (pop ups?)
4.Recommended / related products - If i buy shoes and if related products of shoes like socks, polish, brush, laze are displayed near to it, the more chances for moving the related products.(recommended products / person who has bought this also bought)
If none of the above happens at least collect their details with feedback. Such a lead can be useful in future. (contact form lead)
