Major help on this guy?

I've been searching to find a forum with some serious online gurus on.

All of sudden, I hear this words like SEO, google adsense..
Anyways, recently, I randomly watched this video.. First, I find it little frustrating to see someone tries to market himself online.
Surprisingly, it sounds legit, but who knows what in this internet word.. I became little skeptical, but I don't have any background.

Can you guys share some thoughts?

Wow, making a video like in what seems to be a public cafe - that takes a lot of confidence! Yet, I think it would be much better done in a quiet environment and without holding the camera back and shaking it around like he is.
