If the design team has samples not approved by clients lying around, we can add our copyright infn and
submit it to these for FREE download.

How can we go about this?

Good site. here we can find the collection of css gallery sites. So we don't need to search different sites for inspiration

Submitting our designs is good idea.. I think.. We can promote our sites by this..
But submitting our samples is not effective, for that there are some other sites to upload our templates and let others to download free.. (it also not from our sites )
Here we have created test project for our support team for 'online template selling site'. I hope our support team had completed that work. I think through that we can give our test templates - for free..

Submitting templates to template galleries is a good way to ramp up traffic. Thousands of designers download templates, whether it be psd or psd +html with CSS. Instead of having work sitting around we can encash it. http://www.freecsstemplates.org/ a not so great site has a PR of 8. That's awesome and I have taken a few of their templates and considered using the companies listed. This will help us build our profile and generate leads.

It is a good idea to have our own interface to which will allow users to showcase their work, and for people to review and rate them. This will generate much more traffic over time. Premium templates can then be sold off this site.

Looking forward to have a look at the template site mentioned.
