To increase your website's PageRank, you basically need to boost the number of high-quality backlinks to your site from other closely related websites, ideally those which themselves have a high PageRank. That's the simplistic answer, but of course a comprehensive off-page strategy takes analysis and planning and must be executed properly. It's unwise and ineffective to just start spamming backlinks to your site and please avoid any automated link-building services such as link farms or link exchange networks.
