I just read a fantastic article about Wireframes and the importance of using them. Check this out as it makes complete sense and should certainly be considered for any company that builds out websites as part of regular requirements.

Great article. I have book marked this one. I am on my second project that I will be providing a wireframe for and this article has given me LOTS of great pointers for the future!

It's a must read for those who are involved in the website development. This article points the importance of primary stage activities before a project take off. This will help the client to know how the website will look once it's launched. Also it's important to call a project kick off meeting among PM's, Leads and Developers once the wireframe is ready and before programming starts, the purpose of this meeting is to put final suggestion if anyone has and to get the approval for the same. This way we can pool new ideas and can get incorporated in to the site. The client will be happy and we too are
