Customized Admin Theme for Wordpress

I have always been turned down by the plain look offered default by wordpress. Even though the usability factor is good the design to me is very bland. Recently i did some googling and came across this custom theme called Fluency developed by a developer called Dean. This is sure to give the much needed oomph! to the backend. Check it out here
