Autotask Improvements

Im posting this publically because I want to get a list from everyone on improvements taht you feel would be helpful in improving AUTOTASK.

Some of the things that I can think of:

1. integration of 'time keeping' inside of 'todos'
2. ability to record time against 'notes' in tickets OR ability to add attachment when clicking on 'add time entry' Presently you have to add an attachment through 'add note' and then go to 'add time entry'.
3. ability to add issues (in projects) and add tickets WAY more quickly then currently. Presently if we have 40 issues in a website we SHOULD be logging each issue separately but its not possible becuase of the time it is taking so we are listing one ticket with many issues. It makes things difficult.
4. PROJECTS - ability to add/edit/delete projects far more easily then currently. Presently you have to go into MS Project and upload one. Once it is in AT it is very difficult to change dates etc. It feels very primative.

Anything else you can think of team?

Once we get a full list together we will send to the AT team. The issues I listed here are critical to continuation of using the system.

I have a suggestion that is SOOOO simple, but would make the world of difference. Make all links hyper-linked. Copying and pasting links from there is a pain in the %@#.

Would also be nice to be able to add high level comments to each project that can be easily read without having to jump into each project? We currently use an excel sheet for all our proejcts because we can have all project names and add comments to easily see where we are at.

1. Creating a ticket takes forever. If I ever have an image to attach it basically takes too long and I dont want to create the ticket. Making adding tickets faster would be a big help!
2. When adding time to a ticket we should be able to route the ticket back to the person we need it sent back to. We shouldnt have to go in and EDIT ticket and create another step.

RECURRING TICKETS -
How about a warning when recurring tickets are going to expire somehow? Sometimes we create a recurring ticket that is indefinite for a year but there is no way to know when the ticket expires and no option to renew it.

The tasks in projects need help too.

From the My tasks and tickets display, i can right- click the task, to enter time, which is fine.
but that same window should allow me to add an attachment.
Currently i have to save the task, click to go to projects, find the task, then right-click to add note, which brings up the page where i can add attachment
