Good high level SEO tool for Firefox

Just a quick note that there is an interesting plugin for Firefox called SEOQuake that I like and recommend. Just a word of caution though. Turn off the updates so that it isn't going back and checking google with every page load or you may get a temporary ban from Google as it will think you are a bot.
