The review and editing of content in word documents are of a general requirement in any organisation/corporate setup on a daily basis. To handle this effectively, Microsfot Word offers a wonderful feature called Track changes which you can see under Review tab of main menu. Just open any existing word document, click on Review Tab, then click on Track Changes. It will popup you to press Ctrl + Shift + E to enable or disable tracking feature. Now try adding some words, punctuation, correct grammar and removing characters. And finally who ever wanted to finalize the edits can right click on the edits and decide whether to accept or reject the edits.
