4Q Online Survey Tool

is a free website survey tool that helps us measure our task completion rate. The survey provides answers to questions:
• What are my visitors at my website to do?
• Are they completing what they set out to do?
• If not, why not?
• How satisfied are my visitors?

It's great to go through the on how 4Q works. But what if people doesn't like to give feedback for the pages they visit also they'll feel disturbed by the popups which asks 4 questions.
And the analytics / results is shown based on people answered for the questions but what about others?
