We are actually using the first one for one of our personal sites. 
Envato () is the largest market place for Flash Components, Website Themes, Audio/Video, 3d and now even Scripts. It is a good place to dig first if you need something special. You might always find something that you can straight away use or customize. The developers are also very friendly.
