Was wondering if anyone has any experience or feedback for the best of the following:

- Feedback – software for people to offer you feedback that is hosted right on your website. --> heard good things about http://www.kampyle.com and also http://www.getsatisfaction.com
- Surveys – best software to use to get client surveys etc completed with customized questions set by admin? http://www.surveymonkey.com ?

Live/Web Chat -
Olark is one of the best tools available which offers standard features like Mobile Support, GTalk integration, Customization, Analytics Integration and JS API feature. At similar pricing we can also look at which offers standard features but additional to that it also offers visitor side and user side chat features they are also coming up with a survey module and push pages in the coming month so its something that is to be watched out for. is another good one.

Feedback -
For effective feedback mechanism Kamply is the most soght after tool as it offers Newssletter opt-in, canned response features and Google Analytics, Omniture tracking. is more community oriented as it offers advanced features as well as offsite customer feedback but if we are looking into basic feedback, survery response and polls then could be a good option.

Surveys:
For basic free and paid surveys Surveymonkey has always been the best followed by

Crowdsourcing and Exit tools-
There are various other crowdsourcing toos as well that can give be quite useful like and which is quite effective to create discuss and vote. Also can be a cool Exit survey tool that can give us better understanding on effectiveness of a website.
