Skyvi is the Best replacement for siri Voice App in Android and is free of cost and any one having a smart phone with android app can install it.!. My personal opinion is that skyvi is better as siri shows some inconsistent in recognizing the voice.

Me too have read about this, Apple Siri suggests Nokia Lumia for the query "best mobile phone". It gives results based on the reviews of the products from wolframalpha.
