These days, it’s by far the largest video sharing site in the world and also, the second largest search engine. In fact, it’s only second to Google who ironically, also own YouTube. There are more than 4 billion videos viewed every single day on the site or if you prefer to work in seconds, that’s a mind-boggling 46,000 + views per second. Snap your fingers and that’s another 46,000 views!
If you’ve ever used the site (which I’m sure you all have), you’ll know that you can find pretty much anything. It’s packed with tutorials, music videos, reviews and almost anything else you might have in mind; although most of those 4 billion views a day probably come from “cat videos” and Gangnam Style if I’m honest.
Still, growing a site from zero to over 4 billion video views a day is no mean feat and YouTube’s certainly been on a hell of a journey over the past eight years; a journey that actually led to the site being sold to Google for a staggering $1.65 billion just a year and a half after it was officially registered! Following the Google acquisition, the site continued to grow at a faster rate than ever, growing into the video sharing powerhouse that it is today by partnering with major corporations, news networks and third-party video streaming services (e.g. Vevo, Channel 4 etc).
It’s also been heavily integrated with the Google line of products over the last few years (including Google Plus) and the recent site redesign has seen YouTube’s branding become much more consistent with rest of Google’s products.

I would suggest creating a similar one for TechWyse as well; highlighting the milestones we have surpassed for the last 12 years
