Will Google Become Biased Towards 'Do good" websites

This January Google announced thier core initiatives. A very impressive document that shows Google concern for the environment, counter the threat of imminent pandemic and efforts to foster and encourage smaller enterprises in developing countries.

While reading it i mused to myself would Google assign higher weightage to Buisness websites who partner in Google with this. I see a growing trend these days on some popular blogs to have links that reads " our causes" or 10 cent goes to wild life fund etc etc. Wonder whether this lead of google favouring business with philanthrophy good enough to start a blog that a company updates about the spread of birdflu ( in india) whalin concerns in Japan, the warming seas etc etc. I am thinking and hope we all can look out whether google is become biased towards thier core initiatives.
