Im posting this publically because I want to get a list from everyone on improvements taht you feel would be helpful in improving AUTOTASK.
Some of the things that I can think of:
1. integration of 'time keeping' inside of 'todos'
2. ability to record time against 'notes' in tickets OR ability to add attachment when clicking on 'add time entry' Presently you have to add an attachment through 'add note' and then go to 'add time entry'.
3. ability to add issues (in projects) and add tickets WAY more quickly then currently. Presently if we have 40 issues in a website we SHOULD be logging each issue separately but its not possible becuase of the time it is taking so we are listing one ticket with many issues. It makes things difficult.
4. PROJECTS - ability to add/edit/delete projects far more easily then currently. Presently you have to go into MS Project and upload one. Once it is in AT it is very difficult to change dates etc. It feels very primative.
Anything else you can think of team?
Once we get a full list together we will send to the AT team. The issues I listed here are critical to continuation of using the system.
