Looking For Feedback on Design

Hi All,

Working on a new web design and I'd love to hear any constructive feedback or ideas you can toss my way.

The one change I will be potentially making is taking the swirl pattern that I have on the red curtain in the header and doing a faint brown version of it on the background of the form.

Any Suggestions? Be brutal, I'm tough.

The colors in the background seem very dark. The top part of the background does not emphasize the top section of the web page, the part above the fold.

It might be a good idea to add the swirls to the form.

I think you're right about the BG. I may take the lighter salmon colour and make it stretch across the top even with the header to pull some more focus to it.
