Are you one of those designers who has been driven nuts one point or another with crazy ideas from an even crazier client. I have in my career.... it was real fun to see this illustrated here

I happen to be a postgraduate in commerce and still remember the oodles of lessons in Customer Satisfaction & Customer Retention... but after becoming a designer i am trying hard to remember lessons on Job Statisfaction, Job Life Cycle and Self Appraisal just kidding

Customer satisfaction/requirement should be limited on Functionality/Purpose and not on the design and the way we develop, Right?
