I think the idea was great, but the execution leaves something to be desired.

The menu that opens when you hover over it at the top takes too long (in my opinion) to close back up, and opens no matter where you cross your mouse across it, which can be a bit bothersome. In fact, it stays open if you move up and click on another tab you might have open or if you are using the browser menu.

And even before the menu opened up, I noticed that their portfolio is already disappearing below the fold on my screen, and it's at a higher resolution. An unnecessary step making people scroll down to see it. And many of the sites are full pages, when you can give them a standard sized screen cap that shows the work off without forcing people to scroll even further down.
