Just to make it clear, hope the domain is
http://www.fusionhairtherapy.ca. The site looks wonderful and appreciate those who are involved in this project.
It would be great if we can show count in the images like the total count of images, the current count of the image etc. Facebook does this and it will give you an idea of how many left & how many waiting

It would also be great if we have appealing 'Call-To-Action'. In this case Before & After Gallery is the main feature of the site and it is dificult to get to the detailed page. Here is the screenshot :-

Yes,Call to action need to be implemented for the Before & after Gallery Images to respective detailed pages. Did a case study on this with In-Page Analytics data & found that without call to action the click rate is only 9.2% while with call to action it is 22%,so obviously call to action to detailed page needs to be implemented.

Thanks Britt for your quick action on this. Also please see the Analytics reverse goal path for the gallery pages converted to Goal conversions. It clearly shows that users are being converted to leads from the gallery pages call to action.

Thanks Ibrahim & it will always show a positive result. Because online visitors have no patience and no proper 'call to action' means it's the dead end of that site(for a visitor)!
People will never look for where to click but they want click to happen everywhere
