Header freeze and smaller logo on scroll

Hi team,

I am noticing a nice new trend in website development and I would like you all to take note of it.

Note our client http://www.organizedinteriors.com/.

The navigation at the top is frozen and when we scrolll the logo and navigation become a bit smaller. This is nice for usability!

I would like to see us incorporate this into some of our newer design!

I like the fact that the navigation stays on the page. I am nor crazy about the re-sizing because you lose the Phone number. The Phone number should remain.

This is a nice idea to have Navigation at top always along with phone number. Both will increase the chance for conversion in someway. No need for having the big banner remains there.

Freezing header is a very good idea, I have seen such design strategy in many internet marketing blogs/sites. please see http://www.iacquire.com/blog/the-person ... h-process/ I refer Iacquire blog most often. please open & scroll down, you can see how banner is minimized & social media media button stay in the section. Additionally you can see how intelligently they have added newsletter sign up & search in the section.
